Shipping policy

This policy applies to domestic orders in the United States. This policy is designed to ensure that you have a clear understanding of our transportation policies and procedures. By placing an order in this store, you indicate your acceptance of all the provisions in this policy. Currently, we adopt a fixed shipping fee model based on the order value. Shipping fees will depend on the value of your shopping cart and the region you are in (within the United States or internationally). 

SHIPPING COSTS

The shipping time, processing time and order cut-off time within the United States: The shipping time for domestic orders in the United States is 7 to 12 working days. The shipping time for international orders may be 10 to 25 working days depending on the country. The order deadline is 12:00 noon Eastern Standard Time in the United States every day. The processing time for domestic orders in the United States is 1 to 2 working days (Monday to Friday). 

Delivery Terms 

We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) or other logistics for product delivery.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS

Once an order is in transit, we cannot change the delivery address. If you need to change the delivery address of your order, please contact us at alongalong618@outlook.com within 12 hours of placing the order.

Cancellations

 If you change your mind before receiving the order, we can accept the cancellation of the order before 12:00 noon Eastern Time (on the day of placing the order). We can also make exceptions based on the judgment of our customer service staff or the status of the order. If the order has been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
